Very disorganised at the tills, went to purchase a watch, finally got to the end of the queue and was told that the assistant's shift had finished. We were the last in the queue and she had served people behind us ahead of us. Strange. On the flip side Maddie on the main checkout was very polite.

So organised, love that everything is in size so you can find things immediately. Staff were lovely on the changing area and lived telling us about the downstairs expansion. Hoping they can do the same with upstairs in the future.x
